Not only were the prices extremely lower than most storage facilities. The customer service is outstanding. Alicia Cardenas is the property manager and she made my entire process enjoyable and stress free. The team there is very helpful and actually care about their clientele. We’re not locals. Drove into town because we needed a 10ft U-Haul truck rental to pick up some used furniture and deliver to our parents. Vannessa was very friendly and helpful! She got us quickly checked in and on the road. The truck was clean and working and perfect for our needs. Called Machado to check in to see if we could have the truck a little longer than planned so we had time pick up some much-needed lunch. Told us “No problem!” Quick and easy return. Transparent and reasonable pricing. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!! Thank you, Vannessa and Machado. 😊

The staff is awesome. Kevin is always so helpful. The property is always spotless and is well managed.. Machado storage is definitely a place I'd recommend to friends and family. 👍
